채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제230조(관계인집회의 재개)

①회생계획안 심리를 위한 관계인집회의 기일 후에 제229조의 규정에 의한 수정이 있는 때에는 법원은 그 수정안을 심리하기 위하여 다시 기일을 정하여 관계인집회를 소집할 수 있다.

②제225조의 규정은 제1항의 관계인집회에 관하여 준용한다.
