제203조제2항 단서의 규정에 의하여 이사 또는 대표이사로 유임되지 못한 자는 회생절차종결의 결정이 있은 후에도 채무자의 이사로 선임되거나 대표이사로 선정될 수 없다.
A person who could not remain in office as a director or representative director under the proviso to Article 203 (2) may not be appointed as a director or designated as a representative director of the debtor even after the decision to conclude the rehabilitation procedure.
