채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제345조(배우자 등의 재산관리)

「민법」 제829조(부부재산의 약정과 그 변경)제3항 및 제5항의 규정은 배우자의 재산을 관리하는 자가 파산선고를 받은 경우에, 같은 법 제924조(친권상실의 선고)의 규정은 친권을 행사하는 자가 파산선고를 받은 경우에 관하여 각각 준용한다.
