채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제365조(계산의 보고의무)

①파산관재인의 임무가 종료한 때에는 파산관재인 또는 그 상속인은 지체 없이 채권자집회에 계산의 보고를 하여야 한다.

②채무자, 파산채권자 또는 후임의 파산관재인이 채권자집회에서 계산에 대하여 이의를 진술하지 아니한 때에는 이를 승인한 것으로 본다.

③파산관재인은 이해관계인의 열람을 위하여 계산보고서와 그 계산보고서에 관한 감사위원의 의견서를 채권자집회일 3일 전까지 법원에 제출하여야 한다.
