채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제531조(추가배당의 공고 및 배당액의 통지)

①배당액의 통지를 한 후에 새로 배당에 충당할 재산이 있게 된 때에는 파산관재인은 법원의 허가를 받아 추가배당을 하여야 한다. 파산종결의 결정이 있은 후에 새로 배당에 충당할 재산이 있게 된 때에도 또한 같다.

②파산관재인이 추가배당의 허가를 받은 때에는 지체 없이 배당할 수 있는 금액을 공고하고 각 채권자에 대한 배당액을 정하여 통지하여야 한다.
