채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제65조(회생절차개시 후의 권리취득)

①회생절차개시 이후 회생채권 또는 회생담보권에 관하여 채무자의 재산에 대한 권리를 채무자의 행위에 의하지 아니하고 취득한 때에도 회생절차와의 관계에 있어서는 그 효력을 주장하지 못한다.

②제64조제2항의 규정은 제1항의 규정에 의한 취득에 관하여 준용한다.
