철도의 건설 및 철도시설 유지관리에 관한 법률 제3조(다른 법률과의 관계)

철도(「철도사업법」 제2조제5호에 따른 전용철도는 제외한다. 이하 같다)의 건설과 철도시설의 유지관리에 관하여는 다른 법률에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 이 법에서 정하는 바에 따른다. <개정 2018.3.13>
