청소년 기본법 제5조의2(청소년의 자치권 확대)

① 청소년은 사회의 정당한 구성원으로서 본인과 관련된 의사결정에 참여할 권리를 가진다.

(1) Youth,유^θ스 as애즈 rightful^r라잇^f플 members멤버즈 of어^v브 society,서사이어티 have해^v브 the^ð더 right^r라잇 to투 participate파티서페잇 in인 decision-making디시전-메이킹 concerning컨서닝 themselves.^ð뎀셀^v브즈

② 국가 및 지방자치단체는 청소년이 원활하게 관련 정보에 접근하고 그 의사를 밝힐 수 있도록 청소년 관련 정책에 대한 자문ㆍ심의 등의 절차에 청소년을 참여시키거나 그 의견을 수렴하여야 하며, 청소년 관련 정책의 심의ㆍ협의ㆍ조정 등을 위한 위원회ㆍ협의회 등에 청소년을 포함하여 구성ㆍ운영할 수 있다. <개정 2017.12.12>

③ 국가 및 지방자치단체는 청소년과 관련된 정책 수립 절차에 청소년의 참여 또는 의견 수렴을 보장하는 조치를 하여야 한다.

④ 국가 및 지방자치단체는 청소년 관련 정책의 수립과 시행과정에 청소년의 의견을 수렴하고 참여를 촉진하기 위하여 청소년으로 구성되는 청소년참여위원회를 운영하여야 한다. <신설 2017.12.12>

⑤ 국가 및 지방자치단체는 제4항에 따른 청소년참여위원회에서 제안된 내용이 청소년 관련 정책의 수립 및 시행과정에 반영될 수 있도록 적극 노력하여야 한다. <신설 2017.12.12>
