청소년 보호법 시행령 제25조(청소년유해약물등의 청소년유해표시)

① 법 제28조제5항 각 호 외의 부분 본문에 따른 주류 또는 담배의 판매ㆍ대여ㆍ배포 금지내용의 표시문구 및 크기 등은 별표 6과 같다. <신설 2015.3.17, 2021.1.26>

② 법 제28조제7항에 따른 청소년유해표시 의무자는 별표 7에서 정하는 바에 따라 누구나 쉽게 알아볼 수 있는 방법으로 청소년유해표시를 하여야 한다. 다만, 다른 법령에서 유해표시방법을 정하고 있는 경우에는 그 법령에 따른다. <개정 2013.9.17, 2015.3.17, 2021.1.26>

③ 청소년유해표시가 되지 아니한 청소년유해약물등을 유통의 목적으로 소지하고 있는 자는 법 제28조제7항에 따른 청소년유해표시 의무자에게 지체 없이 청소년유해표시를 하여 줄 것을 요구하거나 직접 청소년유해표시를 하여 유통시킬 수 있다. <개정 2013.9.17, 2015.3.17, 2021.1.26>
