청원법 제8조(청원심의회)

Petition Act, Article 8 (Petition Review Committee)

① 청원기관의 장은 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의하기 위하여 청원심의회(이하 "청원심의회"라 한다)를 설치ㆍ운영하여야 한다.

② 청원심의회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 대법원규칙, 헌법재판소규칙, 중앙선거관리위원회규칙 및 대통령령으로 정한다.
