청원산림보호직원 배치에 관한 법률 제9조(산림보호직원배치의 보류ㆍ중지 등)

① 배치권자는 산림보호직원의 배치를 청원한 자가 산림보호직원에 대한 경비를 납입 기한까지 내지 아니한 경우에는 산림보호직원의 배치를 보류하거나 중지할 수 있다.

② 배치권자는 해당 산림에 산림보호직원을 배치할 필요가 없다고 인정하거나 배치인원을 감축할 필요가 있다고 인정할 때에는 그 배치를 폐지하거나 배치인원을 감축할 수 있다. 이 경우 이미 낸 산림보호직원의 경비 중 남은 금액은 반환하여야 한다.
