초ㆍ중등교육법 시행령 제14조(위탁시의 협의)

①교육감은 법 제12조제3항의 규정에 의하여 초등학교ㆍ중학교 및 특수학교를 인접한 지방자치단체와 합동으로 설립ㆍ경영하거나 의무교육대상자의 일부에 대한 교육을 위탁하고자 할 때에는 학교위치ㆍ위탁구역 및 경비분담 기타 필요한 사항에 관하여 관계교육감과 협의하여야 한다. 이 경우 중학교의무교육의 위탁에 관하여 필요한 경비 및 그 산정에 관한 사항은 교육부장관이 정하는 바에 의한다. <개정 2001.1.29, 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>
