초ㆍ중등교육법 제30조의9(시설ㆍ설비ㆍ교구의 점검 등)

① 학교의 장은 학교의 시설ㆍ설비ㆍ교구가 적절하게 관리되고 있는지를 정기적으로 점검하여야 한다.

② 학교의 장은 제1항에 따른 점검 결과 시설ㆍ설비ㆍ교구가 노후화되거나 훼손되었을 때에는 지체 없이 보수 또는 교체 등 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다.

③ 국가 및 지방자치단체는 제2항에 따른 조치에 필요한 비용을 지원할 수 있다.

④ 제1항에 따른 점검의 대상, 시기 등 필요한 사항은 교육부령으로 정한다.
