축산물 위생관리법 시행규칙 제26조(축산물의 수거ㆍ검사 등)

① 법 제19조제1항 및 제2항에 따라 무상으로 수거할 수 있는 축산물과 그 수거량은 별표 6과 같다.

② 법 제19조 또는 법 제20조의2에 따라 검사관 또는 축산물위생감시원이 축산물을 수거한 경우에는 해당 영업자에게 별지 제6호서식의 수거증을 발급해야 한다. <개정 2023.3.2>

③ 제2항에 따라 축산물을 수거한 검사관 또는 축산물위생감시원은 그 수거한 축산물을 수거한 장소에서 용기 등으로 포장하고 검사관 또는 축산물위생감시원과 피수거자의 인장 등으로 봉인한 후 지체 없이 축산물 시험ㆍ검사기관에 그 검사를 의뢰해야 한다. <개정 2014.2.19, 2023.3.2>

④ 제2항 및 제3항에 따라 축산물을 수거하여 검사를 의뢰한 검사관 또는 축산물위생감시원은 그 내용을 별지 제13호서식에 따라 정보시스템에 기록해야 한다. <개정 2023.3.2>

⑤ 식품의약품안전처장, 관할 지방식품의약품안전청장(도축장ㆍ집유장의 검사관의 업무에 대해서는 농림축산식품부장관, 농림축산검역본부장을 말한다), 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 해당 영업자가 제3항에 따라 검사관 또는 축산물위생감시원이 축산물 시험ㆍ검사기관에 의뢰한 검사결과의 통보를 요청하는 경우에는 그 검사결과를 통보해야 한다. <신설 2026.8.11>
