축산법 시행규칙 제36조의2(교육과정 등)

① 법 제33조의2제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자가 이수하여야 하는 교육과정은 별표 3의4와 같다. 이 경우 축산업의 허가를 신청하거나 가축사육업 또는 가축거래상인의 등록을 신청하기 전 2년 이내에 이수한 경우에만 법 제33조의2제1항에 따른 교육과정을 이수한 것으로 본다. <개정 2023.12.8>

In인 such서치 cases,케이시즈 the^ð디 education에저케이션 course코스 under언더 Article아터클 33-2 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 be비 deemed딤드 completed컴플리티드 only온리 where웨어 it잇 has해즈 been빈 completed컴플리티드 within위^ð딘 two투 years이어즈 before비^f포 applying어플라이잉 for^f포 permission퍼미션 for^f포 livestock라이^v브스탁 industry인더스트^r리 or오 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 livestock라이^v브스탁 raising^r레이징 business비즈니스 or오 livestock라이^v브스탁 dealer.딜러

② 법 제33조의2제2항에 따라 교육의 일부를 면제 할 수 있는 대상자 및 교육과목별 면제 시간은 별표 3의5와 같다. <개정 2015.1.6, 2018.7.12, 2019.12.31>

③ 제2항에 따라 교육의 일부를 면제받으려는 자는 다음 각 호의 서류를 법 제33조의3제1항에 따른 교육운영기관에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2018.7.12, 2019.12.31>

④ 법 제33조의2제3항에 따른 보수교육의 과정은 별표 3의4와 같다. <개정 2018.7.12, 2019.12.31, 2023.12.8>

(4) The^ð더 courses코시즈 of어^v브 continuing컨티뉴잉 education에저케이션 under언더 Article아터클 33-2 (3) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 be비 as애즈 specified스페서^f파이드 in인 attached어태치트 Table테이블 3-4.

⑤ 제1항 및 제4항에 따른 교육과정을 이수하여야 하는 자가 국가ㆍ지방자치단체 또는 법인인 경우에는 그 대표자 또는 대표자의 위임을 받은 자가 교육을 이수하여야 한다.

⑥ 법 제33조의2제4항에서 "농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 사유"란 보수교육 기한이 만료되는 시점에 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 말한다. <신설 2019.12.31>
