축산법 시행령 제16조의9(수급조절협의회의 운영)

① 위원장은 수급조절협의회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

② 수급조절협의회의 회의는 위원장이 필요하다고 인정하거나 재적위원 2분의 1 이상이 소집을 요청한 경우 위원장이 소집한다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Supply서플라이 and앤드 Demand디맨드 Adjustment어저스트먼트 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 when웬 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 deems딤즈 it잇 necessary네서세^r리 or오 when웬 at앳 least리스트 one원 half해^f프 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 request^r리퀘스트 convening.컨^v비닝

③ 위원장은 수급조절협의회의 회의를 소집하려면 회의 개최 7일 전까지 회의의 일시, 장소 및 안건을 위원에게 서면으로 통보해야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 경우에는 그렇지 않다.

④ 수급조절협의회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Supply서플라이 and앤드 Demand디맨드 Adjustment어저스트먼트 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑤ 회의에 출석하는 위원에 대해서는 예산의 범위에서 수당과 여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 그 소관 업무와 직접적으로 관련되어 회의에 출석하는 경우에는 그렇지 않다.

⑥ 수급조절협의회는 심의에 필요한 경우 관계 기관ㆍ단체 등에 자료 및 의견의 제출 등 필요한 협조를 요청할 수 있다.

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 수급조절협의회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 농림축산식품부장관이 정한다.
