① 농림축산식품부장관은 국가축산클러스터의 육성ㆍ관리와 참여 업체 및 기관들의 활동 지원을 위하여 국가축산클러스터지원센터(이하 이 조에서 "지원센터"라 한다)를 설립한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑥ 농림축산식품부장관은 지원센터에 대하여 제3항 각 호의 사업을 지도ㆍ감독하며, 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 사업에 관한 지시 또는 명령을 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>
