충청북도 청주시 설치 및 지원특례에 관한 법률 제4조(상생발전방안의 이행 등)

① 청주시장은 통합 전 청주시 및 청원군(이하 "종전시군"이라 한다)의 장이 합의한 상생발전방안을 성실히 이행하여야 한다.

② 상생발전방안의 이행을 점검하는 상생발전위원회를 청주시장 소속으로 둔다.

③ 상생발전방안의 이행, 상생발전위원회의 구성 및 운영 등에 관한 구체적인 사항은 조례로 정한다.
