탄소흡수원 유지 및 증진에 관한 법률 시행령 제4조(연차별 실행계획의 수립 등)

① 산림청장은 법 제6조제1항에 따른 연차별 실행계획을 해당 계획연도의 전년도 12월 31일까지 수립하여야 한다. <개정 2017.9.19>

② 산림청장은 종합계획과의 연계성 강화나 종합계획의 효율적인 시행을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 제1항에 따라 수립된 연차별 실행계획을 변경할 수 있다.

③ 연차별 실행계획을 수립하거나 변경하였을 때 그 내용의 관보 고시 및 인터넷 홈페이지 게시에 관하여는 제3조제4항을 준용한다.
