Enforcement Decree of the Housing Site Development Promotion Act, Article 11-2 (Completion Inspection)

① 시행자는 법 제16조제1항에 따라 준공검사를 받으려는 경우에는 준공검사신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 지정권자에게 제출하여야 한다.

② 지정권자는 해당 택지개발사업이 법 제9조에 따라 승인한 실시계획대로 완료되었다고 인정할 때에는 준공검사서를 시행자에게 발급하고, 이를 관보에 공고하여야 한다.
