토양환경보전법 시행령 제16조(대책지역안에서의 시설설치 제한)

법 제21조제2항에서 "대책지역안에서 그 지정목적을 해할 우려가 있다고 인정되는 대통령령이 정하는 시설"이라 함은 대책지역 지정의 주요원인이 된 오염물질을 배출하는 시설, 오염물질이 함유된 원료를 사용하는 시설 또는 오염물질이 함유된 제품을 생산하는 시설을 말한다.
