토양환경보전법 시행령 제9조(토양정밀 조사명령)

시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 법 제15조제1항에 따라 정화책임자에게 토양정밀조사를 받을 것을 명할 때에는 토양오염지역의 범위 등을 고려하여 6개월의 범위에서 그 이행기간을 정해야 한다. 다만, 조사지역의 규모 등으로 인하여 부득이하게 이행기간 내에 조사를 이행하기 어려운 사유가 있는 자에 대해서는 6개월의 범위에서 1회에 한정하여 그 이행기간을 연장할 수 있다. <개정 2021.1.5>
