토지이용규제 기본법 시행령 제5조(지역ㆍ지구등의 지정 및 운영계획서의 제출)
Article 5 (Submission of Plans for Designation and Operation of Zones, Districts, etc.)
① 중앙행정기관의 장이나 지방자치단체의 장이 법 제6조제2항에 따라 제출하는 지역ㆍ지구등의 지정 및 운영계획서(이하 이 조에서 "운영계획서"라 한다)에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.
(1) A plan for designation and operation of zones, districts, etc. (hereinafter referred to as an "operation plan" in this Article) that the head of a central administrative agency or the head of a local government submits under Article 6 (2) of the Act shall include the following:
1. 지역ㆍ지구등의 명칭
1. Name of the zones, districts, etc.;
2. 지역ㆍ지구등의 신설(지역ㆍ지구등을 세분하거나 변경하는 것을 포함한다. 이하 같다) 목적과 그 필요성
2. Purpose and necessity of establishing new zones, districts, etc. (including subdividing or changing zones, districts, etc.; the same applies hereinafter);
3. 지정권자

4. 지정기준 및 절차
4. Designation standards and procedures;
5. 지역ㆍ지구등에서의 행위제한 내용 및 절차
5. Details and procedures of restrictions on activities in the zones, districts, etc.;

7. 향후 지역ㆍ지구등의 지정 전망

② 중앙행정기관의 장이나 지방자치단체의 장은 운영계획서를 제출할 때에는 지역ㆍ지구등의 신설이 법 제6조제1항 각 호의 기준에 부합하는지를 자체적으로 심사하고 그 결과를 첨부하여야 한다.
(2) When submitting an operation plan, the head of a central administrative agency or the head of a local government shall self-review whether the establishment of new zones, districts, etc. conforms to the standards in each subparagraph of Article 6 (1) of the Act and attach the result.
