특별감찰관법 제25조(벌칙)

① 위계 또는 위력으로써 특별감찰관 등 또는 파견공무원의 직무수행을 방해한 사람은 5년 이하의 징역에 처한다.

② 제22조를 위반한 사람은 5년 이하의 징역 또는 5년 이하의 자격정지에 처한다.

③ 제23조를 위반하여 법령에 위반되거나 강제처분에 의하는 방법으로 감찰을 행하거나 다른 기관ㆍ단체 또는 사람으로 하여금 의무 없는 일을 하게 하거나 사람의 권리 행사를 방해한 사람은 5년 이하의 징역과 5년 이하의 자격정지에 처한다.
