특수외국어 교육 진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제3조(특수외국어 교육 진흥 기본계획의 수립 등)

① 교육부장관은 법 제5조제1항에 따른 특수외국어 교육 진흥 기본계획(이하 "기본계획"이라 한다)을 기본계획 개시 연도의 2월 말일까지 수립하여야 한다.

② 교육부장관은 기본계획을 수립하기 위하여 필요한 경우 관계 전문가 등의 의견을 들을 수 있다.

③ 교육부장관은 기본계획을 수립하였을 때에는 교육부의 인터넷 홈페이지에 공고하여야 한다.

(3) When웬 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Education에저케이션 has해즈 formulated^f포뮬레이티드 the^ð더 master매스터 plan,플랜 he히 or오 she쉬 shall섈 publish퍼블리시 it잇 on안 the^ð더 website웨브사잇 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Education.에저케이션
