Act on the Promotion of Education in Critical Foreign Languages, Article 5 (Basic Plan for the Promotion of Critical Foreign Language Education)

① 교육부장관은 특수외국어 교육 진흥을 위하여 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 협의하여 5년마다 특수외국어 교육 진흥 기본계획(이하 "기본계획"이라 한다)을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다.

(1) To투 promote프^r러모우트 critical크^r리티클 foreign^f포^r런 language랭궈지 education,에저케이션 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Education에저케이션 shall,섈 in인 consultation칸설테이션 with위^ð드 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies,에이전시즈 formulate^f포뮬레잇 and앤드 implement임플러먼트 a어 basic베이식 plan플랜 for^f포 the^ð더 promotion프^r러모우션 of어^v브 critical크^r리티클 foreign^f포^r런 language랭궈지 education에저케이션 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "basic베이식 plan")플랜 every에^v버^r리 five^f파이^v브 years.이어즈

② 기본계획에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.
