Enforcement Decree of the Act on Reporting and Using Specified Financial Transaction Information, Article 8-2 (Threshold Amount for Reporting High-Value Cash Transactions)

①법 제4조의2제1항 각 호 외의 부분 본문에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 금액"이란 1천만원을 말한다. <개정 2013.8.6, 2019.4.30>

②제1항의 금액을 산정할 때에는 금융회사등이 동일인 명의로 이루어지는 1거래일 동안의 금융거래등에 따라 지급한 금액을 합산하거나 영수한 금액을 합산한다. 다만, 법 제2조제1호파목에 따른 카지노사업자(이하 "카지노사업자"라 한다)가 같은 조 제2호다목에 해당하는 금융거래등을 하는 경우에는 거래 1건당 지급하거나 영수하는 금액을 기준으로 산정한다. <개정 2008.11.11, 2013.8.6, 2021.3.23>
