특정 금융거래정보의 보고 및 이용 등에 관한 법률 제11조(외국금융정보분석기구와의 정보 교환 등)

① 금융정보분석원장은 이 법에 따른 목적을 달성하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 외국금융정보분석기구에 상호주의 원칙에 따라 특정금융거래정보를 제공하거나 이와 관련된 정보를 제공받을 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 금융정보분석원장이 외국금융정보분석기구에 특정금융거래정보를 제공하려면 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 충족하여야 한다.

③ 금융정보분석원장은 외국으로부터 요청을 받은 경우에는 법무부장관의 동의를 받아 제1항에 따라 제공한 특정금융거래정보를 그 요청과 관련된 형사사건의 수사나 재판에 사용하는 것에 동의할 수 있다.
