평생교육법 제28조의2(평생교육기관의 평가 및 인증)

① 교육부장관은 평생교육기관의 신청에 따라 기관 및 교육과정의 운영을 평가하거나 인증할 수 있다.

② 교육부장관은 제1항에 따른 평가 또는 인증의 운영ㆍ관리에 관한 업무를 관련 전문기관에 위탁할 수 있다.

(2) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Education에저케이션 may메이 entrust엔트^r러스트 the^ð디 operation아퍼^r레이션 and앤드 management매너지먼트 of어^v브 the^ð디 evaluation이^v밸류에이션 or오 certification서터^f퍼케이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) to투 a어 relevant^r렐러^v번트 specialized스페셜라이즈드 institution.인스티투션

③ 교육부장관은 제2항에 따라 평가 또는 인증의 운영ㆍ관리를 위탁하였을 때에는 그에 드는 비용을 예산의 범위에서 지원할 수 있다.

④ 국가 또는 지방자치단체가 평생교육기관에 행정적 또는 재정적 지원을 하려는 경우에는 제1항에 따른 평가 또는 인증 결과를 활용할 수 있다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에 따른 평가 또는 인증의 시행, 전문기관에의 위탁, 평가 또는 인증 결과의 활용 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
