하천법 제67조(부담금 등의 강제징수)

①이 법 또는 이 법에 따라 발하는 명령이나 조례 또는 이에 따른 처분으로 생기는 부담금ㆍ점용료ㆍ사용료 및 변상금, 그 밖의 납부금을 납부하여야 하는 자가 이를 납부하지 아니하는 때에는 가산금을 징수한다.

②「국세징수법」 제21조 및 제22조는 제1항에 따른 가산금에 관하여 준용한다.
