하천법 제81조(매수청구토지등에 관한 비용)

①하천관리청은 매수가격의 산정을 위한 감정평가 등에 드는 비용을 부담한다. <개정 2016.1.19>

②하천관리청은 제1항에도 불구하고 매수청구인이 정당한 사유 없이 매수청구를 철회하는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 감정평가에 따르는 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 매수청구인에게 부담하게 할 수 있다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2016.1.19>

③매수청구인이 제2항 본문에 따라 부담하여야 하는 비용을 납부하지 아니한 경우에는 국세 체납처분의 예에 따라 징수한다.
