학교복합시설 설치 및 운영ㆍ관리에 관한 법률 제4조(다른 법률과의 관계)

학교복합시설의 설치 및 운영ㆍ관리에 관하여는 다른 법률에 우선하여 이 법을 적용한다. 이 경우 이 법에서 정하지 아니한 사항에 대해서는 「학교시설사업 촉진법」을 준용한다.
