Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Prevention of and Compensation for School Safety Accidents, Article 22 (Mutual Aid Premiums)
법 제49조제1항 후단에 따라 공제가입자가 공제료를 징수하려는 경우에는 피공제자인 학생 및 교직원에게 통보하여야 한다.
Where a mutual aid subscriber intends to collect mutual aid premiums pursuant to the latter part of Article 49 (1) of the Act, the subscriber shall notify students and faculty and staff who are insured persons.
