재단의 임원(비상근 이사 및 감사는 제외한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다) 및 직원은 직무 외의 영리를 목적으로 하는 업무에 종사하지 못하며, 임원은 외교부장관의 허가 없이, 직원은 이사장의 허가 없이 다른 직무를 겸할 수 없다.
