한국광해광업공단법 시행령 제17조(사채 인수가액의 납입 등)

① 공단은 사채 모집이 끝난 경우에는 지체 없이 응모자로 하여금 인수한 사채가액의 전액을 납입하게 해야 한다.

② 공단이 사채 모집을 위탁한 경우 사채 모집을 위탁받은 회사는 자기 명의로 공단을 위하여 제1항에 따른 행위를 할 수 있다. 이 경우 사채 모집을 위탁받은 회사가 사채청약서를 작성할 수 있다.

In인 such서치 cases,케이시즈 the^ð더 company컴퍼니 entrusted엔트^r러스티드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 offering오^f퍼^r링 may메이 prepare프^r리페어 the^ð더 bond반드 subscription서브스크^r립션 form.^f폼

③ 모집의 방법으로 사채를 발행하는 경우 그 발행총액에 해당하는 납입금 전액이 납입되기 전까지는 그 채권을 발행하지 못한다.
