Enforcement Decree of the Korea Mine Rehabilitation and Mineral Resources Corporation Act, Article 6 (Registration of Appointment of Agents, etc.)

① 공단은 사장이 「한국광해광업공단법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제7조에 따라 대리인을 선임한 경우에는 선임 후 2주일 이내에 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 다음 각 호의 사항을 등기해야 한다. 등기한 사항이 변경된 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2025.1.21>
