① 교육정보원은 교육정보제공체제를 이용하려는 자와 교육정보제공체제에서 제공되는 정보서비스를 받으려는 자에게서 교육부장관이 정하는 이용료를 징수할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 교육정보원은 제6조의 사업에 관하여 수수료나 그 밖의 실비를 징수할 수 있다.
