한국교육학술정보원법 제9조(이사회)

① 교육정보원의 업무에 관한 중요 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하기 위하여 교육정보원에 이사회를 둔다.

(1) The^ð더 Service서^v비스 shall섈 have해^v브 a어 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 to투 deliberate딜리버^r럿 and앤드 decide디사이드 important임포턴트 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Service.서^v비스

② 이사회는 원장을 포함한 이사로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 the^ð더 directors,더^r렉터즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 president.프^r레저덴트

③ 원장은 이사회를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

(3) The^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 and앤드 serve서^v브 as애즈 its잇츠 chair.체어

④ 감사는 이사회에 출석하여 의견을 진술할 수 있다.

(4) The^ð디 auditor오디터 may메이 attend어텐드 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 and앤드 state스테잇 his히즈 or오 her허 opinion.어피니언

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 이사회에 관하여 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
