Korea Institute for Defense Analyses Act, Article 3 (Articles of Incorporation)

① 연구원의 정관에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

② 연구원의 정관은 국방부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다. 정관을 변경할 때에도 또한 같다.

(2) The^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð디 Institute인스터툿 shall섈 be비 authorized오^θ써^r라이즈드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 National내셔늘 Defense.디^f펜스 The^ð더 same세임 shall섈 apply어플라이 when웬 they^ð데이 are아 amended.어멘디드
