한국국방연구원법 제9조(이사회)

① 연구원의 중요 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하게 하기 위하여 연구원에 이사로 구성되는 이사회를 둔다.

② 이사회에 이사장을 두되, 이사장은 대통령령으로 정하는 사람으로 한다.

③ 이사장은 이사회를 소집하고 그 의장이 되며, 이사장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 이사 중 정관으로 정하는 사람이 그 직무를 대행한다.
