한국국제교류재단법 제7조(임원)

① 재단에 이사장 1명을 포함한 9명 이내의 이사와 감사 1명을 둔다.

(1) The^ð더 Foundation^f파운데이션 shall섈 have해^v브 no노우 more모 than^ð댄 nine나인 directors,더^r렉터즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson,체어퍼슨 and앤드 one원 auditor.오디터

② 이사장, 정관으로 정하는 상근이사를 제외한 임원은 비상근으로 한다.

(2) Officers오^f퍼서즈 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 full-time^f풀-타임 directors더^r렉터즈 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 shall섈 be비 part-time.파트-타임

③ 이사장은 외교부장관의 제청에 의하여 대통령이 임명한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 upon어판 the^ð더 recommendation^r레커먼데이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Foreign^f포^r런 Affairs.어^f페어즈

④ 이사는 이사장의 추천을 받아 외교부장관이 임명한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

(4) Directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Foreign^f포^r런 Affairs어^f페어즈 upon어판 the^ð더 recommendation^r레커먼데이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson.체어퍼슨

⑥ 이사장 및 이사의 임기는 3년으로, 감사의 임기는 2년으로 하되 한 번만 연임할 수 있다.
