한국농어촌공사 및 농지관리기금법 시행규칙 제20조(농지관리기금 사용요구서의 제출)

법 제34조제1항에 따라 농지관리기금(이하 "기금"이라 한다)으로 운용하는 사업을 시행하려는 자는 기금사용 요구서를 해당 연도의 전년도 5월 20일까지 기금을 운용ㆍ관리하는 자에게 제출하여야 한다.
