한국농어촌공사 및 농지관리기금법 시행령 제19조의4(경영회생 지원을 위한 농지의 매입 등)

① 법 제24조의3제1항에 따라 자기 소유의 농지 및 농지에 딸린 농업용시설(이하 "농지등"이라 한다)을 공사에 매도하고 이를 임차하려는 농업인 또는 농업법인은 공사에 농지등의 매도 및 임차를 신청하여야 한다.

② 공사는 제1항에 따른 신청을 받은 경우에는 해당 농업인 또는 농업법인에 대하여 경영위기의 정도, 경영회생 가능성 및 경영능력 등 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 평가기준에 적합한지를 종합적으로 검토한 후, 적합한 경우에는 신청 대상 농지등을 매입할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 공사가 법 제24조의3제1항에 따라 농지등을 매입하는 경우 그 매입가격은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 금액으로 한다. <개정 2016.8.31, 2022.1.21>
