한국보건산업진흥원법 제7조(임원)

① 진흥원에 원장을 포함한 11명 이내의 이사와 감사 1명을 둔다.

(1) The^ð디 Institute인스터툿 shall섈 have해^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 11 directors,더^r렉터즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 president,프^r레저덴트 and앤드 one원 auditor.오디터

② 원장의 임기는 3년으로 하고, 원장을 제외한 그 밖의 이사와 감사의 임기는 각각 2년으로 한다.

(2) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 be비 three^θ쓰^r리 years,이어즈 and앤드 that^ð댓 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 and앤드 of어^v브 the^ð디 auditor오디터 shall섈 be비 two투 years이어즈 each.이치

③ 원장을 제외한 이사와 감사는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 임명한다.

(3) Directors더^r렉터즈 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 and앤드 the^ð디 auditor오디터 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation.인코퍼^r레이션

④ 제1항의 임원 중 상근 임원은 2명 이내로 하되, 상근 임원에 관한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.

⑤ 감사는 진흥원의 업무와 회계를 감사한다.
