한국산업안전보건공단법 시행령 제17조(산업안전보건협의회의 조직 및 운영)

① 법 제25조에 따른 산업안전보건협의회(이하 "협의회"라 한다)는 의장을 포함한 30명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 의장은 공단의 이사장이 되고, 위원은 의장이 지정하는 산업안전보건 관련 단체의 임원 15명 이내, 근로자를 대표하는 사람 5명 이내, 사업주를 대표하는 사람 5명 이내, 그 밖에 산업안전보건에 관한 학식과 경험이 있는 사람 중에서 의장이 위촉하는 사람으로 한다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 of어^v브 the^ð디 Agency,에이전시 and앤드 the^ð더 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 15 officers오^f퍼서즈 of어^v브 occupational아큐페이셔늘 safety세이^f프티 and앤드 health-related헬^θ스-^r릴레이티드 organizations오거너제이션즈 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson,체어퍼슨 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 five^f파이^v브 persons퍼슨즈 representing^r레프^r리젠팅 workers,워커즈 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 five^f파이^v브 persons퍼슨즈 representing^r레프^r리젠팅 employers,엠플로이어즈 and앤드 persons퍼슨즈 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 other어^ð더 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 knowledge날러지 and앤드 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 occupational아큐페이셔늘 safety세이^f프티 and앤드 health.헬^θ스

③ 의장은 협의회를 대표하며, 협의회의 사무를 총괄한다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 Council카운슬 and앤드 oversee오우^v버시 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council.카운슬

④ 위원의 임기는 3년으로 한다.

(4) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 members멤버즈 is이즈 three^θ쓰^r리 years.이어즈

⑤ 의장은 필요하다고 인정하면 협의회의 회의를 소집하며, 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석과 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(5) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 where웨어 deemed딤드 necessary,네서세^r리 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 the^ð더 concurring컨커^r링 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑥ 협의회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 협의회의 의결을 거쳐 의장이 정한다.
