한국산업인력공단법 시행령 제13조(예산안의 제출)

공단은 법 제18조에 따라 예산안의 승인을 받으려면 매년 5월 31일까지 다음 연도의 예산안에 해당 연도의 수입ㆍ지출 예산서를 첨부하여 고용노동부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. 이를 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다.
