한국수자원공사법 시행령 제34조(사업의 위탁 시행 협의)

① 공사는 법 제17조에 따라 사업의 일부를 위탁시행하려면 수탁자와 다음 각 호의 사항을 협의하여야 한다.

② 공사는 법 제9조제4항에 따라 국가 또는 지방자치단체로부터 위탁받은 사업을 법 제17조에 따라 위탁시행하려면 미리 국가 또는 해당 지방자치단체의 승인을 받아야 한다.

(2) To투 entrust엔트^r러스트 the^ð디 implementation,임플러멘테이션 under언더 Article아터클 17 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 of어^v브 a어 project프^r라젝트 entrusted엔트^r러스티드 by바이 the^ð더 State스테잇 or오 a어 local로우클 government거^v버먼트 under언더 Article아터클 9 (4) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð더 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 shall섈 obtain어브테인 the^ð디 approval어프^r루^v블 of어^v브 the^ð더 State스테잇 or오 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 local로우클 government거^v버먼트 in인 advance.어드^v밴스

③ 공사가 법 제9조제4항에 따라 사업을 위탁받거나 법 제17조에 따라 사업을 위탁하는 경우 그 수수료의 산정은 별표의 기준에 따른다. 다만, 다른 법령에서 따로 정하고 있는 경우에는 그 법령의 규정에 따른다.
