Enforcement Decree of the Korea Water Resources Corporation Act, Article 37 (Consultation, etc.)

① 기후에너지환경부장관 또는 국토교통부장관은 법 제33조제1항 후단에 따라 국가 또는 지방자치단체 소유 재산의 대부 또는 양도(행정재산의 용도폐지를 포함한다)에 관한 협의를 할 때에는 협의 내용(사업계획서, 협의 목적, 재산목록, 대부 또는 양도 예정일, 그 밖에 필요한 사항을 말한다)을 적은 서류와 위치도 및 미등기 확인서(미등기 재산만 해당한다)를 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 다음 각 호의 서류를 확인하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2018.6.8, 2025.10.1>
