한국수출입은행법 제10조(운영위원회)

① 수출입은행에 운영위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

② 위원회는 이 법과 정관에 규정된 범위에서 수출입은행 업무의 운영과 관리에 관한 기본방침을 수립한다.

(2) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 establish이스태블리시 basic베이식 policies팔러시즈 on안 the^ð디 operation아퍼^r레이션 and앤드 management매너지먼트 of어^v브 the^ð더 business비즈니스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Bank뱅크 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 scope스코우프 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 this^ð디스 Act액트 and앤드 its잇츠 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation.인코퍼^r레이션

③ 위원회는 제2항의 직무를 수행하기 위하여 필요한 규정(規程)을 정할 수 있다.

④ 위원회의 구성과 그 운영에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
