National Research Foundation of Korea Act, Article 4 (Articles of Incorporation)

② 재단이 정관을 변경할 때에는 과학기술정보통신부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

③ 과학기술정보통신부장관은 제2항에 따른 정관 변경의 인가를 하려면 미리 교육부장관과 협의하여야 한다. <신설 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>
